Short Term Accommodation
Short-term accommodation refers to temporary housing arrangements that are specifically designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities. These accommodations may include features such as wheelchair accessibility, adapted bathrooms, and other modifications to make the living space accessible and safe for individuals with disabilities.

Medium Term Accommodation
Medium Term Accommodation is a living support provided when a participant cannot move into their long-term accommodation straight away because the disability supports are not yet ready.
MTA is funded through the NDIS for up to 90 days.
Medium Term Accommodation services may include features such as wheelchair accessibility, high physical support bathrooms and other specific modifications to make the place accessible for the participant.
Myxa Care have the ability to provide Medium Term Accommodation supports to participants in need.
The benefits to Medium & Short Term Accommodation
Short Term Accommodation is for the participant and the carers.
It allows those who care and support the ndis participant some ‘me’ time, allowing them to rest and recharge.
For the ndis participant, a short stay away from home where they are provided with the care they need, gives them to opportunity to be able to socialise with others, make new friendships and learn new skills.
