Karla Solier

Myxa Care was a young and emerging organisation when Karla joined the team in 2020.  A qualified HR professional with a long history of working in the Health Care Industry, Karla has been closely involved in building our team and helping the organisation develop and grow. 

Karla started working in the disability sector in 2018 which has provided her with significant experience and knowledge in NDIS compliance and practice standards and an understanding of how to build and maintain a strong and resilient workforce based on the NDIS Capability Framework. 

Karla loves working in this role knowing that she is playing a part in something that makes a real difference in the lives of so many people
